City Laundry is a family-owned business that relies on community support.  Unlike some of the plug-and-play franchise laundromats, we at City Laundry take our customers’ needs and the customer experience to heart. 

Upon opening our initial laundromat, we observed that many others resembled what we playfully termed a “zombie-mat”.  These establishments appeared broken down, old and dirty.  Puzzled by the apparent neglect of customers and the community by these zombie-mat owners, we set out to establish a refreshing presence in the neighborhood.  Our aim was to fashion a welcoming hub where families could gather, unwind and engage in laundry amidst a lively, safe, well-maintained, convenient environment.
